Picsolve will install tech at The Marvel Experience Busan and National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey |
|
Digital content creator Picsolve has announced new partnerships with two major visitor
experiences; The Marvel Experience Busan in South Korea, and National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey in New York, that will see Picsolve technology installed at the attractions to enhance the visitor experience.
The announcement follows reports of record growth for the company, including the recent acquisition of US digital imaging solutions company, Freeze Frame.
Picsolve has installed its state-of-the-art Experience Wall at the National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey. The Experience Wall features Samsung high-resolution LED screens, and takes guests on a epic underwater adventure. Visitors will be able to purchase both physical and digital merchandise, including panoramic photographs on site.
At The Marvel Experience Busan Picsolve will provide green screen technology for the VR and AR experience hall. Visitors will be able to have their images captured with eight popular Marvel characters, including Iron Man, Spider Man and Captain America. The experience is the first-of-its-kind in Asia and is presented by Wow Planet.
David Hockley, CEO at Picsolve, says: "We are currently in a momentous period for growth at Picsolve and these announcements are testament to the belief global partners have in us to provide the best experiences for their customers."
"We are forever extending our global footprint, demonstrating that our innovative technology can be harnessed by a whole host of sectors beyond theme parks. We’re excited to continue on this journey, reaching into new countries and developing our digital capabilities to appeal to consumers all over the world."

Small Footprint, Big Significance: Studio City Water Park |
|
Long known for its fancy casinos, Macau realized within the past decade that it must
diversify its tourism scene to attract new crowds. With the ambition of becoming the
leisure hub of China’s 72-million strong Greater Bay Area, the city began adding shows,
attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |

How surf simulators are transforming the experience economy |
|
The experience economy, driven by evolving consumer trends, is poised for continued growth
in the coming years. Millennials have been at the forefront of this shift, favouring
memorable experiences over material possessions. This preference has extended to other
generations as well, indicating a broader adoption of experience-focused spending habits
in the attractions sector. |
