Building Maintenance Coordinator
Royal Armouries
Salary: £23,177 per annum
Job location: Leeds, UK
Following developments in the Estates and Facilities function within the Royal Armouries we are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator. Estates and Facilities Management consists of Building and Engineering Maintenance, Project Management of minor and major works, Environmental controls, Cleaning services and Security Services.

This role is to work with the Head of Estates and Facilities and across the team to administer contracts and operational budgets in support of work that maintains and updates the fabric of the building and plant. This post also provides support to the other Facilities staff in the team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Statutory planned maintenance is completed at appropriate times and to work closely with the Building Services Coordinator in ensuring timely repairs are completed. The role also encompasses general administrative functions around budgetary control of contract and in house maintenance. A good understanding of Health and Safety is desirable in this role.
